I structure my lessons with clear goals, learning targets, and desired outcomes. I design them around activities that ignite my students' curiosity and motivate them to actively solve problems, rather than simply waiting for step-by-step instructions. I tailor my lessons to meet each student's needs, whether that means reducing the workload in a particular lesson or breaking the lesson into smaller, more manageable steps. I consistently seek feedback to understand what works well and what doesn't, using this in future lessons.
