About Dave
I am seriously considering retraining as a math teacher. My talent for mathematics helps me to understand things very quickly, but also to explain them in a comprehensible way. Calculating is fun and I would like to show you that. I have provided training for groups of 20 to 30 people in subjects such as personal development and I have a feeling for learning processes. Explaining mathematics: that was frankly a while ago. However, I was able to have medical calculations inspected by a student nurse with severe dyslexia (and possibly dyscalculia), so I have a relevant achievement behind my name. I help you with math / math and hope to discover whether teaching is really something to make my daily work.

I check with the student how far he / she is with math. My experience shows that if you have trouble with certain material, it is often because a piece of the base is not yet in it properly. If you master the basics, the rest is a lot easier. Where necessary, we go back to basics and just as often look for methods that are needed to help you understand it. I also believe in learning by doing; I show you how it works, you try it yourself and I watch it. so I can always help if you have any questions.
I am available for incidental lessons and preparation for tests/exams, taking multiple weeks. Longterm classes covering the year are filled up this school year.
