About Zoe

With 8 years of experience teaching Singing, I have helped many students develop their voices and musical skills. My students come from different backgrounds, including schools, colleges, and professional workplaces. Each lesson is carefully planned to match the student’s goals and skill level. My teaching style is practical, combining warm-up routines, vocal exercises, and song practice that students find interesting and relatable. I focus on posture, breath support, tone quality, and pitch accuracy. Alongside singing techniques, I include lessons on music theory basics, ear training, and performance preparation. I use real-life examples and case studies to illustrate how singers apply techniques on stage and in recordings. This helps students understand and apply their skills effectively. I also emphasize the importance of vocal health and guide students on how to care for their voice. I am patient and supportive, encouraging students to progress at their own pace while challenging them to improve. Whether you want to sing for fun, improve your school choir skills, or prepare for a professional performance, I’m here to guide you every step of the way.

About the lesson

My teaching style is holistic and heart-centered, focusing not only on vocal technique but also on emotional connection and self-confidence. I believe singing is about telling your story—and I’m here to help you tell it clearly, honestly, and beautifully.

Each lesson begins with body and breath awareness to align your posture and calm your mind. Then, we move into customized vocal exercises that improve tone, range, and agility. I adapt these exercises based on how your voice feels that day, making every class responsive and student-centered. Musical diversity is key—I guide students through genres like Broadway, Latin pop, soul, and folk. Song choices are collaborative and based on your preferences and growth areas.

I incorporate techniques like mirror feedback, mental rehearsal, and lyric mapping to build performance skills. Students are encouraged to journal their vocal journey, which helps with self-awareness and goal-setting. Feedback is always compassionate and constructive. I offer a safe, judgment-free space where mistakes are welcomed as part of learning.

Along with singing, I teach ensemble blending, repertoire building, and basic music tech for home recording. My aim is to help you grow not just as a singer, but as a confident musical communicator.
