First up on the list we have Bikram Yoga Limerick. For those of you who aren’t aware, Bikram Yoga classes consist of a series of twenty-six postures and two breathing exercises, performed in a room heated to 40 degrees Celsius. Talk about hot, huh? It may feel tough at the time, but trust us you will feel great!
Their studio is located in the Delta Sports Dome, in Limerick, not far from the city, or the University of Limerick. They offer Bikram Yoga classes seven days a week, almost every day of the year. Quite impressive, isn’t it? Not only that, the prices they offer are incredible, and perfect for people starting, who are not sure if it is for them.
Their Yoga Addict package gives you access to 20 classes and sets you back just €89. This is by far their most affordable package. If you want a taste, however, just to see how you feel, their 5 class package checks in at €70. While still affordable, their Yoga Addict package is the better deal. It is up to you!
While they do not currently offer online classes, their studio will be reopening very soon, so for those enthusiastic to hop into a hot room for some stretching, I’m afraid you’re going to have to wait.
With the easing of restrictions, more and more places are opening up, so be sure to check in with these places, they might be open!

Lotus Yoga Limerick
The founder, Caroline Kerley, has been in the business since 2005. Her credentials are as good as you’re going to get. With a team of highly skilled and motivated staff, Lotus Yoga Limerick has something to offer for everyone, from a novice to an intermediate level!
They provide yoga classes for beginners, those with little experience, professional yoga gurus, and yoga classes for those with injuries looking to get back into the field. Currently, they offer online yoga classes. The pricing is generous too, checking in at €10 per online class.
