About Andre
I am Andre Gomez, a performing guitarist with coffeehouse, church, and small venue experience. My lessons are relaxed, structured, and built around your favorite songs and current skill level. You will receive a short video of each new chord or riff. I am patient, upbeat, and genuinely excited when you play through your first full song without stopping. Your musical confidence drives my teaching.

I watch your fretting hand thumb placement and picking wrist motion during a simple chord progression first. A typical 55-minute session includes finger independence warm-ups, strumming with a metronome, learning a riff or verse of your chosen song, scale runs for lead work, and a written three-point practice plan. My specialty is cleaning up muted strings and smooth chord changes. My students include 3rd through 12th graders, church band volunteers, self-taught players fixing bad habits, and adults learning for personal enjoyment.
