  • Tell us more about your subject. How did you develop an interest in this field?

I teach physics and maths, which is all about understanding how the world works. From tiny atoms to the motion of planets , physics explains it all. I love sharing this knowledge with my students.
I've always been curious about how things move and work around us, like why the sky is blue, why things fall, how machines works. That curiosity turned into a love for Physics in school. I've enjoyed learning and now teaching it.Physics explains the natural world using simple laws and logic.
  • What or who is the motivation behind you choosing to teach & why?

I want to share my knowledge as a Physics teacher with students in a way that connects with real life.
My goal is to teach not just formulas, but the real meaning of Physics, how it works in daily life and how everything around us follows certain patterns. I want students to become curious, ask questions, and understand how Physics helps us solve problems logically.
By learning this way, students can improve their thinking, their understanding of the world,
I truly believe that once students understand the patterns and solutions in Physics, they naturally develop critical thinking and problem solving skills which are useful for life, not just exams.they also grow in problem solving and critical thinking skills that help in real life too.
  • How does your work help society?

Every problem we solve teaches us something new.
By teaching, I help students develop critical thinking and problem solving skills and a curiosity driven mindset. These skills are essential for many areas of life, including science, technology and engineering, These skills will benefit them in various careers and enable them to contribute to society in meaningful ways, whether it's through innovation, research.
Every great scientist started as a curious student.
  • If you had to think of a role model for your work, who do you think of & why?

Dr. A.P.J. Abdul Kalam is a true inspiration for me. He was a great scientist. He taught that learning is a path to greatness and made science feel like a mission to serve humanity.
His belief in young minds truly inspires me. As a Physics teacher, I try to follow his path teaching using real life examples and clarity and the belief that every child has great potential. His life teaches us to work hard, and share knowledge. He emphasized creativity, curiosity, and lifelong learning:
"Learning gives creativity, creativity leads to thinking, thinking provides knowledge, knowledge makes you great."
  • Tell us about your hobbies outside teaching.

I enjoy walking in nature. I like playing football, singing and dancing. I enjoy doing activities that keep me connected with science in fun ways. I like reading self help books, writing short notes to explain difficult Physics topics in an easy way. In my free time, I like to watch videos related to space, technology. These hobbies help me stay creative and make my teaching more effective.
  • Do you have an anecdote to tell us about your student or professional life ?

As a physics teacher, the best feeling is when a student finally understands something and smiles that "oh, I get it" moment.
Once I was teaching Newton's Second Law and I used a cricket example to explain it.

"When a fast ball comes toward you and you catch it with tight hands, it hurts."

Then I explained: "When we move our hands back, we give more time for the ball to stop. That means we give more time to change the ball's momentum and according to Newton's Second Law, force is directly proportional to the rate of change of momentum So if time increases, the force on our hands becomes less and it doesn't hurt as much. They enjoyed the concept and said, "Sir, now we understand how Physics works in real life."
