With disciplined practice and enough time you will develop self-defense skills, knowledge of your body and mind's capabilities and potential, and learn meditation techniques to keep you balanced and in harmony. Your self-confidence will increase, and your perception of the world around you will expand; it will all add to your overall well-being.
