About Savannah-Leigh
My name is Teacher Savannah. I am 28 years old and I chose to teach because I love watching individuals grow with expanding their learning and achieving what they think is impossible at the time. I am a very outspoken teacher who loves interacting with individuals even though I am a teacher. I love the fact that my students teach me. Nothing makes me happier than my students smile and enjoy having lessons with me. I enjoy hiking, swimming, reading, playing chess, and I love Japanese cartoons (anime).

My lessons are unique due to me firstly understanding the students and where they need assistance. I do not criticize my students on their mistakes; I encourage them because mistakes help us learn. I ensure the classroom has a great atmosphere that students feel comfortable in. I allow the students to talk about their experience and always involve students in also asking questions instead of repeating. If the student is shy, I assist them by making them comfortable first. I make my classes and lessons fun for students so they are allowed to be themselves. I also assist my students with test preparations as this helps them feel more confident when writing their tests.
