About Ayana
I'm Ayana - a certified Pilates Instructor with a genuine passion for movement and all things health and fitness. At 25, I've spent years exploring what it means to feel strong, balanced and truly good in your body, and now I can't wait to share that journey with you.
My approach to Pilates is simple: it should feel as enjoyable as it is transformative. Whether you're brand new to movement or looking to deepen your practice, I'm here to guide you towards building real inner strength, finding balance, and most importantly - having fun along the way. Because feeling good should never feel like a chore.
