About Kaitlyn
I am in my third year of teaching. I currently teach 8th grade ELA and Math. I graduated from Pace University with a Masters in 7-12 Adolescent Education, with a concentration in English Language Arts. However, during my teaching career, I started teaching middle school math, and preparing my students for their state exams. I am very patient and can come up with creative ways for students to comprehend and master a topic.

You should take lessons with me because I provide differentiated lessons, and will work at your pace! I have experience working with students who are English Language Learners, students who do not write at their grade level, students who are writing for college in honors classes, and students who struggle with reading Shakespeare. Regardless of your starting point, I will meet you half way!
