About Emily
I graduated university last year and started tutoring as a part-time job in my first year of university but I grew to love it very quickly. Even since graduating I have carried on doing it as a full-time job and it is so fulfilling. I love seeing how beneficial it is to each pupil and it is great to see your confidence grow with each session, there is no job I would rather do. Aside from tutoring I love all things fitness and the outdoors and find physical exercise a great way to unwind after each day.

To start our tutoring journey I feel an initial meeting is incredibly helpful to make sure you get the best out of each lesson. I can use this time to learn about how best you learn, what revision techniques work and what don’t work as well as your strengths and weaknesses. Learning is not a one size fits all experience like you often experience in school. The point of our lessons is that you can get the absolute most out of it in a way that works specifically for you and we can build that tailored experience together as we get to know each other through lessons.
