About Matilda
I teach yoga because it’s transformed my own life—helping me feel stronger, calmer, and more balanced. Now I’m passionate about guiding others to explore their own path while moving, breathing, and feeling stronger in both their body and mind. I’m passionate about creating space for people to connect with themselves, slow down, and feel more grounded in their daily lives.

Expect a dynamic mix of strength, balance, and flow! Vinyasa keeps you moving—linking breath with powerful sequences to build stamina and flexibility. Hatha slows it down—holding postures to strengthen muscles, improve posture, and boost focus. Each class will challenge your body, energise your mind, and leave you feeling stronger, lighter, and more resilient. Each class is tailored to the individual and what their body needs.
