About Natalie
I am very passinate about teaching yoga to adults and essepically children. There are so many benefits to yoga, it helps us mentally as well as physically. For me, yoga makes me feel apart of something bigger, something that can really help me in life and in turn, others. Yoga has also helped me appreciate and love my body, I use to only see the things I didn’t like about myself and get caught up on that, but now I am grateful that my body can even do yoga.

Each week we will be working through yoga sequences that target different areas of the body and mind. Yoga helps improve your flexibity, build muscle strength, perfect your posture, protect your spine, relax your system and improve your balance. We will also be focusing on different mindful techniques learning to be fully present with whatever we are doing and concentrate on the now.
