About Annie
I'm a 40-year-old single woman. I came across yoga by chance 10 years ago. I loved it so much that I went to study it in the form of a yoga teacher training in Thailand 7 years ago. I want to share it in the hope it will help others as it did for me.

I really love Annie's classes . She is a brilliant teacher. Her teaching is practical and non dogmatic, with a real emphasis on finding the variations that work best for the individual bodies . The meditation at the end is amazing and you leave the class feeling like your floating on air .
