About Caroline
Imagine the satisfaction of playing a song that once seemed impossible to master. We start by tuning our instruments and reviewing the day’s goals in a calm, focused environment.
Whether you are a grade exam candidate or a hobbyist, I build our time around your specific goals using my 10 years of experience. My degree from McGill informs how I teach music theory and songwriting so that everything makes sense right away. You will notice progress in your fingerpicking and improvisation after just a few weeks.
We work through challenging electric techniques without losing the joy of the melody. I make sure your practice is structured and productive every single time. You are capable of reaching your musical goals.

My fingers still remember the tension of learning my first blues progression. I combine my MA in Music Education from McGill with 10 years of experience to help hobbyists, kids, and self-taught players find clarity in their practice. As a bilingual immigrant parent, I know that music is a universal language that helps people from all backgrounds settle into new communities.
I have guided 317 students through electric technique, fingerpicking, and improvisation. It feels rewarding to watch someone finally grasp a complex solo after weeks of persistence. I am genuinely happy to share my musical home with you.
