My heart has and will always be rooted in affirmation, encouragement and unconditional acceptance. Throughout my journey these characteristics have been threatened by the timebound theoretical expectations of university, but be rest assured that I have always found my way back to my foundation.

I aim to provide interactive lessons where understanding is prioritized rather than memorizing.
I aim to stimulate engagement through experiential learning (learning through doing) as much as possible.
I study in English, but I was raised in an Afrikaans household.
During the first year of studying Occupational Therapy you are given a lot of different concepts and components and in a nutshell my aim is to help you make connection between these components and concepts, helping you create a bigger picture of Occupational Therapy.
