About Grace
I have wanted to be a teacher since I was in kindergarten. It has always been my calling. I never doubted my purpose! I love children with my whole heart and see them truly as our future.
I graduated in high school completing the teaching pathway, and continued straight into college at Kennesaw State University on the President's list in 2022 with my degree in Elementary Education, as well as an ESOL and reading endorsement.
I currently teach the 5th grade in an inclusion classroom, with my special education co-teacher. I am very skilled at working with all types of student. Whether it be on-level, learning disabilities (working memory, dyslexia, ADHD, etc.). I truly love what I do and I always put my best foot forward when taking care of my students!

I have a very fun, patient and structured approach to teaching and tutoring. I know that all students learn differently! If something isn't working, let's try something else!
Typical lessons will look like a small mini-lesson on the topic, and modeling what the practice looks like! We will practice together as much as we need, then I will let my students try independently!
I never give up on my students. I know that all of our brains work in different ways and some students need more time, different strategies, etc. to learn best!
My lessons are designed for students from grades 2-5.
