Lydia is a fantastic tutor. She always comes prepared with customized material to help me understand the information I'm learning, and is very patient when I'm having a hard time understanding something. I can tell that she has a real passion for what she does.

I used to work alongside Lydia as a chem/bio tutor at school and I’m not lying when I say I thought she was the best out of us! Not only did I see her successfully help other students and hear great things about her from students she tutored, but me and other tutors would find answers to questions we couldn’t find from her. There was this one time I was struggling so hard with a Molecular Genetics paper and had absolutely no idea what to even write and thankfully Lydia was there to give me the help I needed. If you’re looking for help with the sciences, I would totally recommend asking Lydia!

First off, not only is she extremely knowledgeable about the material but she presents it in a way that can be easily absorbed. Often, tutors have a hard time explaining but Lydia does an excellent job with being sympathetic and tries to best know where I am having trouble. She is good at communication and is professional. She is the real deal.

She is one of the most amazing tutors that I have ever had hands down! I suffer from ADHD and PTSD so sometimes my concentration and memory is not the best. I have to say that Lydia is so patient with me and understanding. She never makes me feel bad or ashamed for being different. She works with my differences and meets me on my level to make sure that I can be the best that I can be. She is the type of tutor that really cares for her students and continuously checks in to see how they are doing and what they need. She is truly the best especially for those of us who are neurodivergent or have different needs than the typical student.

Lastly, besides her strength in understanding and flexibility of learning styles, she also tutors a diverse range of subjects. She has helped me with biochemistry, anatomy, math, and even writing essays. If you want the most out of a tutoring experience then look no further.

Lydia is great. She knows how to explain things in simple terms something that a lot of professors don’t know how to do. She is also good at helping you learn studying and time management skills.
