About Precious
Hello, I am an academic tutor and homework helper. I help students who need assistance on homework assignments, projects, and are struggling to understand and grasp subjects or skills. I have been tutoring elementary and middle school students for nearly four years and have been able to teach and help six kids with their assignments and/or subjects. The students that received my help ended up with A's and B's average in schools and a firm understanding of the subject that they are struggling with. For example. I helped a student on their science fair project and that student place second in their grade level that year. I also had another student who was struggling with their multiplication table and I taught them different tips and tricks to understand and they were able to learn and memorize it. Your experience with me would be a fun and enjoyable experience in which you will learn a lot.

Hello, I'm Precious Ubah and I'm a junior in high school. I tutor students ages 4-14 who are having trouble grasping a specific subject or skill in school or just require assistance with their homework assignments. My technique for students requiring homework assistance is to ask if they need help or not if they do. If they don't need help I would check there work once they are done and explain mistakes. If they do I would explain the assignment to them and help them with a few questions, and also give them practice problems to help make sure they understand the information. For students struggling with a specific subject, I would find out where they were struggling and start from there and work up to help build their understanding. But my approach/technique varies depending on the student and the way they learn best.
