About Jason
I am passionate about helping college students build strong piano skills while enjoying every stage of their learning journey. With 12 years of teaching experience, I create lessons that are practical, enjoyable, and designed for steady improvement.
My teaching approach is flexible and student-centered. I explain every topic in simple English and encourage students to ask questions whenever they need help. Every lesson is adapted to suit each student's learning pace.
I use innovative teaching methods such as digital piano applications, rhythm development, ear training, interactive exercises, and song-based learning. These methods make learning more engaging while strengthening musical understanding.
Students improve note reading, scales, chords, posture, finger coordination, rhythm, and expressive performance. I provide continuous guidance and personalized practice plans that help students become confident piano players.

I believe every student can learn piano with the right guidance, encouragement, and practice. My teaching methodology is designed to make lessons practical, enjoyable, and easy to understand. I personalize every lesson according to the student's goals and current level.
Real-life examples are included in every class. I explain rhythm using daily activities, teach music theory through popular songs, and use practical musical situations to demonstrate how different techniques are applied. This helps students learn naturally and remember concepts for a long time.
Understanding is more valuable than memorization. I focus on helping students understand every lesson clearly before moving ahead. This creates a strong musical foundation and improves confidence while performing.
Communication helps students learn without fear. I explain topics in simple English, demonstrate techniques carefully, and provide regular encouragement and constructive feedback. Students always feel comfortable asking questions.
Integrity is one of my guiding principles. I maintain professionalism, punctuality, and honesty while encouraging students to practice consistently and develop patience during their learning journey.
In addition to piano, I teach keyboard, music theory, sight reading, ear training, rhythm training, chord progressions, improvisation, accompaniment, and beginner composition. My goal is to help students become confident performers and lifelong learners of music.
