About Leah
Do you find that self-teaching often leads to missing fundamental gaps in your technique? Having taught 302 students, I understand exactly how to move beyond basic memorization. My BMus from Berklee College of Music informs how I build structural habits for returning learners. Adults and teens benefit from my focus on rhythm, timing, and effective pedaling.
I help players integrate chord voicing with ear training to ensure they actually hear what they play. Seeing a student finally understand their own progress is the best part of my day.

You receive a free trial lesson to map out goals before we begin your formal curriculum. My instruction relies on 13 years of experience to blend essential sight playing with the advanced concepts of jazz improvisation. We integrate ABRSM and Trinity grade exam prep into our regular schedule so you feel prepared when the time comes to perform.
Because I view the piano as an extension of your vocal or artistic expression, my feedback focuses on how your technique supports the music you want to create. This approach ensures that even complex classical repertoire becomes accessible through careful practice and consistent review.
