About Davy
My teaching philosophy is built on patience, encouragement, and continuous improvement. With 10 years of experience as a flute tutor, I teach school and college students in a friendly environment where learning feels enjoyable and rewarding.
Lessons focus on breathing exercises, posture, finger coordination, rhythm, scales, articulation, tone production, and expressive playing. I encourage students to stay motivated, practice regularly, and appreciate every improvement they achieve.
One of the greatest rewards of my profession has been seeing students become confident performers. Besides flute, I also teach music theory, ear training, sight reading, beginner composition, rhythm exercises, and performance preparation.
My mission is to help students develop strong musical abilities while enjoying every lesson.

My flute lessons focus on Motivation, Communication, Integrity, and Creativity. I aim to help students build strong technical skills while developing confidence, discipline, and a lifelong love for music.
Every lesson starts with clear objectives based on the student's ability. Beginners focus on breathing, posture, note reading, finger exercises, and rhythm. Advanced students develop musical expression, scales, articulation, improvisation, and stage confidence.
Motivation is provided through positive encouragement and realistic learning goals. Communication is friendly, allowing students to learn comfortably and confidently. Integrity ensures that every student receives equal attention, honest feedback, and patient guidance.
Creative learning methods include rhythm games, familiar songs, listening practice, improvisation, and performance preparation. Along with flute, I teach music theory, ear training, recorder, keyboard basics, sight reading, and rhythm exercises to strengthen musical understanding.
