Hi! I’m Rachelle — an accountant with over 25 years of experience helping businesses stay organized, balanced, and stress-free with their finances. I’ve seen it all — from startup chaos to clean, crystal-clear books. Now, I love helping people learn accounting, bookkeeping, and QuickBooks in a way that finally clicks. I make Accounting simple, practical, and even enjoyable to learn.

My goal is to help you finally understand the “why” behind the numbers — not just memorize formulas.

I use real-life examples and step-by-step explanations to break down tricky concepts like journal entries, adjusting accounts, or financial statements so they actually make sense.

Each lesson is personalized to you.

We’ll start by reviewing what you’re currently learning or struggling with, then I’ll walk you through examples until you feel confident.

A typical session includes:
