About Álvaro
Guitarist with over ten years of professional experience.
I have collaborated with multiple groups and artists as a session musician for concerts and recordings. In my experience I have played styles ranging from rock, jazz, blues, Latin, hip-hop, fusion, bossa nova and many more.
In addition, I have worked as a composer and producer for other musicians, theater plays, short films, and advertising. I have three years of teaching experience, and choral and ensemble conducting experience.

It's all about making music.
- You will learn to play your favorite songs and know how to play many more in different styles.
️-You will learn about chords, how they are formed and their uses.
- Scales, melodies and other resources to learn how to play solos and get started in the world of improvisation.
️- Technique is very important: you will learn to master legato, slides, correct picking, bendings, and speed.
- Finally, we are nobody without a healthy body. We will making exercises for hands and arms without the guitar, finger strengthening, and how to maintain a healthy posture for guitar playing.
Any specific topics you would like to work on? Whatever your musical curiosity is, we will find a space in our classes to work on it.
