About Jonas
I studied as a physical education teacher and exercise recreation and I am currently still studying for sports care and personal training. My experience as a trainer started in Freerunning when I was 16, but in the meantime I have expanded my knowledge to fitness, bodybuilding, strength training / powerlifting, boxing and swimming. I can certainly also provide guidance on diet and nutrition if you want to become healthier, fitter, stronger or slimmer.

I offer online coaching for nutritional and health advice, and individual training schedules. I make these schedules after an intake interview, in person or online, with your level, goals, wishes and preferences taken into account. This way it will be something that you like, fits your level of sportsmanship and most importantly, you'll be able to stick to the program. This is how I assure you that you make progress without crashing a month later and having to start again from step 1. For boxing or swimming you can take private lessons in person, for fitness or personal training the lessonds can be online (via webcam), in fitness center "Stadium Coupure" or at your home.
