About Steph

Hey there! I'm Stephany, and marketing is what makes me - and every brand - tick! For nearly a decade, I've helped businesses spanning the technology, CPG, hospitality, and service industries build an online presence, increase engagement, and generate qualified leads.

In 2022, I graduated with a Master of Science in Digital Marketing & Media from Yeshiva University, which served to further my expertise in data-driven marketing and analytics.

I’m also an experienced educator, having spent two years teaching Business English to non-native English speakers.

About the lesson

Hi there! Congrats on taking the first step towards marketing and business mastery by landing on my page. Before I completed my master’s degree and started my marketing agency, I was just like you—a doe-eyed student eager to soak up all there is to know about marketing greatness.

In fact, I've never stopped being that doe-eyed student, and neither should you! Marketing is an ever-evolving industry, changing as quickly as your social media feed.

That said, trends may fade, but marketing fundamentals, such as the 4Ps, market research, and strategy development, remain constant.

In our lessons, we'll use these marketing fundamentals as a foundation upon which to build your knowledge and skills as a modern marketer. We'll dive deep into essential topics such as:

- Market Research: Understanding how to gather and analyze data to make informed marketing decisions.
- Segmentation, Targeting, and Positioning (STP): Learning how to divide a market into distinct groups, select target segments, and position your brand effectively.
- The 4 Ps (Marketing Mix): Mastering product, price, place, and promotion strategies to create a compelling marketing plan.
- Branding: Developing a strong, positive perception of your brand in the minds of your target audience.
- Digital Marketing: Leveraging online channels like social media, email, and search engines to reach and engage with customers.
- Content Marketing: Creating and distributing valuable content to attract and retain a clearly defined audience.
- Customer Relationship Management (CRM): Building and maintaining strong relationships with your customers to enhance loyalty and drive growth.
- Metrics and Analytics: Measuring and analyzing marketing performance to make data-driven decisions.
