About Alexandra
I am American graduate from Georgetown University in Washington, DC where I specialized in English, and sub-specialized in French. I live in Lyon where I am an English lecturer at Lyon 2. I have a lot of experience teaching all levels.

Knowing that each person learns differently, I adapt my lessons to your individual learning style.
Before our first class, I will ask you to answer a few questions about your level, your goals in learning English, and what you want to improve specifically. (If you do not have specific things in mind, do not worry! I will suggest my own curriculum to help you improve).
My classes are structured, however there is still room to improvise if you discover a particular area in which you want to concentrate.
We'll have discussions, and I'll teach you how to use English practically, in an "everyday" manner. Surely, you will also learn grammar, vocabulary and pronunciation according to your level. I also propose to include cultural aspects so that classes are even more fun and interesting :)
Above all, you will foster the confidence to speak English well!
