About Nicholas
I grew up watching in amazement at how things function, I watch the television switch channels, a car operates on fuel, oil and water, how buildings get erected with steel and bricks. Then I wondered how the human body work at it best with the right fuel to give it energy to be at peak. After I complete my university qualification in Architectural technology and working in the industry for few years, The pandemic led me to pursue a passion of mine in physical fitness studies, nutrition and human diet and homeopathy which I all studies for through E-learning at Alision Education company. I want to give people the liberation to function at best with a well oil and tunes machine to do day to day tasks and I believe fitness and overall, wellbeing is the key to our success.

All lessons are conducted in English, a personalized manuscript is provided according to the specific needs to the client to reflect on.
I`ll personal assist in all exercises to ensure they are done right and to cancel/minimize injuries.
I am CPR, AED and FIRST AID trained and approved to ensure clients safety.
All training can be done at your local gym, home or location of choice to ensure safety and comfort.
Minimum age for children exercises starts at 4 and adults no limit.
Your workout routine can come custom made with diet plans at client's acknowledgment.
