About Gobinda
Basically,i am just a normal guy but having deep knowledge about diet, nutrition and bio-mechanics. I always wanted to guide someone ,to teach something that i love the most. Fitness is something always there is a new research or new methods are developing i always keep up with that andi wanted everyone to keep up with it. Because being fit physically can boost your confidence and mental stability.
