About Gomi
I am a dedicated piano tutor with over 7 years of experience teaching students from school, college, and professional backgrounds. I enjoy helping students improve their skills in a structured and comfortable way. My teaching method emphasises communication, flexibility, and gradual progress.
I design lessons to strengthen basics like rhythm, finger technique, and note reading before moving to advanced concepts. In addition to piano, I teach music theory, ear training, and rhythm exercises to support complete musical understanding.
My strength is making challenging topics easy to understand. I guide students to build confidence, improve consistency, and develop a love for music.

My teaching methodology emphasises holistic, motivational, and creative learning. I believe piano education should balance technical mastery, artistic expression, and creativity while remaining enjoyable and inspiring. Through open communication, I understand each student’s goals, challenges, and learning style, which allows me to design lessons that are personalised, meaningful, and highly effective.
Creativity is encouraged in every lesson. Students are guided to improvise, compose, and explore different musical genres, helping them develop artistic confidence and a personal musical voice. Flexibility ensures lessons are adapted to the student’s pace, skill level, and learning preferences, fostering steady progress and long-term growth.
Alongside piano, I teach music theory, sight-reading, rhythm exercises, and ear training. This methodology strengthens technical mastery, expressive ability, and musical understanding. My aim is to inspire students to become confident, skilled, and lifelong musicians.
