About Eli
I am a native English speaker from Los Angeles, California, United States and I live in Castelló de la Plana. I also speak Spanish at an advanced level, since I lived in Valencia for 8 months. I graduated from Berklee College of Music (in Boston) with a BA in Film Music and now work part-time at Almassora as a Conversation Assistant. I have 3.5 years of teaching experience, mainly in music (theory, guitar, piano, harmony, production, composition, etc.) Now that I am living in Castelló, I would like to continue teaching, whether it is English or any musical theme! --- I am a native English speaker from Los Angeles, CA, USA and live in Castelló de la Plana. I also speak Spanish at an advanced level since I used to lived in Valéncia for 8 months. I graduated from Berklee College of Music with a Bachelors in Film Scoring and now am working part-time in Almassora as an auxiliary of conversation. I have 3.5 years of teaching experience, mostly in music (theory, guitar, piano, harmony, composition, etc.) Now that I am living in Castelló, I would like to continue teaching, whether it be English or any music topic!

My philosophy for learning a language is that the most important thing is the need to learn the words and phrases that you will use from the beginning. For me, the only way I could get acquainted with Spanish was to speak every day, in normal situations, chat with friends and listen as much as possible. However, as I have a background in teaching, I always adapt my style to the student. At first, I learn what their goals are, both long-term and short-term, and then I make a plan with the student to help them achieve them. --- My philosophy for learning a language is that the most important thing is the need to learn the words and phrases which you will actually use, from the beginning.
