About Margaret

As an American, I have a strong cultural connection to service excellence - which I believe sets me apart in this area. I will design a fully personalized curriculum for you or your child so that you have access to the resources and support perfectly suited to your learning needs.

I am also very empathetic, a trait that serves me well as an ESL coach and educator. I can easily identify when the learning experience is not tailored to the needs of a particular client and adapt accordingly. Many of my current clients have worked with me for over five years and I continue to build a network of trust where I share advice and support for lifelong learning.

About the lesson

Currently a doctoral student at the École normale supérieure, I am an American who has lived in Paris teaching English for all ages for the past eight years.

I would like to offer my services to ESL learners of all ages during this school year.

Coaching and tutoring are the main pillars of my English consulting business, and I am extremely proud to have personally helped over 100 clients gain confidence and fluency in my native language . In addition, I am happy to have helped a lot of clients achieve good results on the TOEIC, Bulats, IELTS, and also TOEFL exams.

I am extremely passionate about the English language and I like to use this dedication to help develop other' communication skills. I work with professional clients including CEOs, executives and high level officials.

I also have a lot of experience working with children of all ages, including 7 years in a primary-level bilingual school.

Overall, my academic career and my thirst for learning translate to my clients' progress and results. Furthermore, as an expat, I have many personal qualities that allow me to adapt to the different needs of my clients and their preferred learning methods.

Since the onset of the pandemic, I have made the transition to virtual lessons with the vast majority of my clients, and I would love to recruit new students and interns!

I firmly believe, given my success as an ESL teacher for the past 8 years, that I can truly help you progress on the path to your mastery of my native language!
