About Rachel
I am a 2D character animator with well over a decade in the TV animation industry. I have workedon TV shows like Kiff (Disney), Mao Mao Heroes of Pureheart (Cartoon Network) , Niko and the Sword of Light (Amazon), Inside Job (Netflix), and countless others. I have also been a professor at various Universities like Pratt, University of the Arts, SVA, Hostos Community College, and Montclair State University. I've mentored with WIA, and Monsterrat College of art for a number of years as well.

Each course will be unique and structured to your level. We will begin by reviewing or learning the basic 12 principles of animation. I'll guide you through exercises that will hone your craft and help you achieve your goals.
We will begin each lesson with a review of your work. I'll go over it and give drawovers and notes. Then I will give you a demonstration of the next steps, and set you on your new assignment.
I have worked for 14 years in the animation industry. I've worked on TV shows for Disney, Dreamworks, Netflix, Hasbro, Mattel, Cartoon Network, Adult Swim, Comedy central, and many others. I have worked as a 2D character designer, supervisor, and designer. I really look forward to sharing my skills with you!
