About Anna
I am a dual national, and brought up in a trilingual household so my expertise goes beyond traditional knowledge, and incorporates native level experience and culture.
I’m bubbly, relatable, and great with teenagers (trust me, I’ve got plenty in my family!), so lessons are never boring. My goal is to turn learning from “meh” to memorable, making sure students feel confident, motivated, and ready to excel.

My experience in education is extensive; teaching from Reception through Year 13 in both state and private schools. I hold a BA degree in Modern Foreign Languages (Spanish, Portuguese, Catalan) with a French enhancement course, and an MA in Art Gallery & Museum Studies, where I explored Spanish colonial history and how it’s represented in museums and galleries.
I specialise in AQA and iGCSE exams, helping students hit their targets with exam-focused, engaging lessons. I am trained in the EPI method, which is particularly effective for supporting students who may find language learning more challenging. I have extensive experience working with SEN students and use a variety of teaching methods to make learning engaging, accessible, and effective for all abilities. I teach both languages and history, a rare combo that allows me to make lessons relevant, real-world, and fun.
