About Maurizio
I'm Maurizio, an applied AI engineer and systems architect, and founder of Impossible Labs, an R&D studio building production-grade GenAI products.
My core specialty is agentic AI: agentic workflows, orchestration, tool calling, and agentic coding pipelines, plus generative AI pipelines built on custom models and reliability-minded workflows. I architect AI systems that are observable and production-ready, not just prototype-ready.
I also bring 20+ years of technical background in high-end visual effects and 3D pipelines. That engineering discipline means I don't just explain concepts, I show you how things actually ship under real deadlines and constraints.
I'm patient, practical, and genuinely enjoy helping people go from curious to confident. I teach in English and Italian, for all levels.

My specialty is agentic AI, and that's the heart of what I teach: agentic workflows, agentic orchestration, multi-agent and tool-calling systems, and full agentic coding pipelines where AI agents help plan, build, test, and ship real software. We go beyond chat prompts into systems that actually do work reliably end to end.
I also teach generative AI pipelines built on custom models and advanced workflows: ComfyUI graphs and custom nodes, FLUX, Stable Diffusion, LoRA training and fine-tuning concepts, ControlNet and IP-Adapter, plus image and video generation. On the engineering side we cover structured outputs, evaluation loops, RAG, backend APIs, and database-backed workflows so your AI is observable and production-ready.
My method is project-first and reliability-minded. Each lesson is tailored to your goal, combining a short concept walkthrough, live building together, and clear next steps to practice. A typical session might be wiring up an agent, building an agentic coding workflow, or designing a custom GenAI pipeline.
Lessons suit beginners curious about AI, developers going from prototype to production, and creatives integrating GenAI into their craft. Available online worldwide and in person around Los Angeles, for all levels.
