About Hajar
Hi, I’m Hajar, and I’m in my fifth year of architecture studies. I’m passionate about creativity, problem-solving, and finding ways to make complex ideas easier to understand. Studying architecture has taught me patience, discipline, and how to look at challenges from different perspectives. Outside of my studies and creating art, I really enjoy tutoring. I’ve only worked with a few students so far, but the results were amazing, and seeing them gain confidence and succeed is incredibly rewarding. I see lessons as a space where we can work together in a friendly, relaxed way, more like teamwork than a formal class. My goal is to make sure you feel comfortable, encouraged, and confident as you progress. When I tutor, my main goal is to make learning feel approachable and enjoyable. I know that everyone learns differently, so I like to adapt my teaching style to each student, whether that means using visuals, step-by-step explanations, examples from real life, or just slowing things down until everything clicks. I always try to keep the atmosphere relaxed and encouraging, because I’ve found that students learn best when they feel comfortable and confident.
Most of my lessons run for about an hour to one hour thirty. That gives us enough time to review what we’ve covered, dive into new material, and practice together, while still keeping the energy up. I also like to end sessions with quick recaps or little challenges so that students walk away feeling accomplished.
I have experience tutoring both classmates and younger students, which has helped me develop patience, flexibility, and the ability to explain things in different ways depending on who I’m teaching.
