About Tania
I have spent 13 years in studios and on concert stages. My formal education at the Royal Academy of Music informs how I approach teaching the 415 students I have mentored over time. This background allows me to handle complex chord voicing or sight transposition with ease while maintaining a calm, orderly environment. Classical repertoire and jazz improvisation are integrated into our routine so that your technical foundation remains steady and consistent.

"Structural integrity matters more than speed when learning a new instrument. I prioritise sight playing and the technical nuances of piano performance by providing a short recorded playback of each session so students can review at home. This allows you to observe your own progress with a 10.0 level of critical scrutiny.
My MMus training ensures that these sessions remain grounded in clear, actionable feedback. It is genuinely enjoyable to watch a student bridge the gap between initial confusion and eventual command of the keyboard."
