About Cecilia
"The sound of a perfectly voiced chord filling a room defines my life as an instructor. Having taught 497 students across my career, I understand how to bridge the gap between complex theory and natural expression. My background as an NYU Tisch graduate informs how I approach hand independence and rhythm for all learners.
I emphasize posture and hand position so that every movement feels effortless at the keys. My work combines classical repertoire with modern pop sensibilities.
I am constantly refining my method to address the specific needs of advanced learners. My 13 years of experience allow me to identify technical hurdles quickly. Music remains a constant source of joy in my own daily practice."
