About Gina
I’m a mom of two wonderful now adult children. But in my 30s I struggled with weight gain after having two children, after difficult pregnancies. Using my knowledge and experience and training in the field of health and fitness, I got my body back. After divorce struck me back down in my 40s, again I was able to use my training, past experiences, and health education to once again get my body back into shape. Currently, I’m in my 50s and dealing with the struggles of menopause. Again, the science of proper nutrition and specific needs of weight training during later years has proven effective once again. No matter what stage of life you are in, I am capable and ready to help!
