Greetings! I am happy to offer personal training sessions for people looking to lose weight, gain strength, muscle, or endurance. I also provide advice on nutrition and building healthy and long-lasting habits. I am here to provide clients with easily applicable up-to date information on various fitness topics. My goal is to motivate, have fun and help You to become the best version of yourself through fitness!
I have done extensive research on training at University and have worked with elite class coaches for multiple years. My personal training sessions are individualised and will be tailored based on your experience, needs, and goals. Any health issues and injuries will be taken into consideration as well. The average duration of a session is around 45mins. Sessions are for anyone, regarding age, gender, ethnicity, or experience level.
