About Vicster

Hi, I’m Vicki!

I am a professional artist and product designer based at Aspen Yard, Liverpool.

I have over 20 years of experience in the art industry. My career spans expert material training from global brands to fabricating products for Granby Workshop (2015 Turner Prize winners).

I love blending traditional fine arts with modern digital tech. I am now relaunching my creative workshops to help you innovate, experiment, and stand out in the art world.

My Specialisms

Painting:
Acrylics on canvas, paper, or wood, and watercolour techniques.

Printmaking:
Paper marbling, screen printing, monotype, and relief block printing.

Jewellery: Traditional silversmithing and jewellery making.

About the lesson

My technique is selecting simple shapes to form a collection of three art prints on paper. Placing the shapes in no particular order, build your own reusable printing plate to create abstract art. Add texture to the found shapes, seal in the texture and start making your own abstract print masterpiece.
