About Richard

My background comes from starting, owning and operating Phoenix Designs since 2011. I am not only the CEO, but the graphic and web designer and the marketing planner for the agency.

I was the co-department chair in the design department of Art Institute of Atlanta for the last five years before the school closed.

My education comes from Mercer University in Atlanta, GA. While here I obtained my M.B.A in Marketing and my MA in creative design. I am also working towards my PhD in both fields.A

About the lesson

One of the most important lessons to me is our first lesson - this is the one I get to know about you, your goals and passions. After I learn about you, I pride myself in shaping each lesson afterwards to how it actually is important to you and your future!

I feel strongly when a student learns why they have to learn about a subject matter and how they can apply it in the real world they will want to learn it.

Because of my age and youthful looks many students take a great liking to me and I can be a great inspiration to them.
