About Ria
I am a practicing socially engaged artist, I have experience working in galleries and in cultural production. My focus in art has always been on arts and education. I am a parent so understand that creative education is an important aspect to a students overall wellbeing and view of the world. Patience and coworking to achieve the best results and full comprehension of subject matter is my core teaching belief.

I take a Freirean approach to teaching methodology. It will work in a workshop style format. Lessons will last 45 minutes to 1 hour.
I have experience working as a TA in schools and and my arts practice is led in socially engaged workshops that I have over 10 years experience in.
