About Tess
I am a recent graduate with my Honours Specialization in English Language and Literature from Western. I have a deep love of history (Medieval European, Classics), mythology (Greek, Roman, Norse, Arthurian), theology (Christianity, Judaism), and philosophy. In addition, I also have a surplus amount of experience in creative writing, whether it is writing my own manuscripts or proofreading other's. I specialize in High Fantasy but can provide aid with many other genres and types of writing or other written academic pursuits.

I seek to teach lessons that allows the student to learn how to help themselves and how they can edit their own work in the future, such as help with grammar, sentence structure, thesis statements, and more. I seek a comfortable and friendly teaching environment above all else where students feel encouraged to learn and ask questions.
