About Anna
Seeing the academic and personal growth of all students is a passion of mine, and I believe it is our role as educators to give students opportunities to succeed. I strive for excellence, and I want to inspire every student.
I have been fortunate to lead in both pastoral and curriculum; I have the unique experience of being an Assistant Headteacher, Head of Year and a Head of Faculty for many years. Additionally, I am an experienced tutor, and have tutored students in the UK and in different countries. I am versatile in what I can teach, as I have taught in Primary, Secondary and Sixth Form schools.
I have worked in all Outstanding schools and have been graded an Outstanding teacher. I help students to achieve their full potential; students that I have taught have made outstanding progress and have been awarded the top grades. I teach A Level, GCSE and KS3 students, and I have been trained to examine exam papers. I have taught in primary schools and been a Governor in one, so I also understand the needs of younger children.
I am an effective communicator at all levels and enjoy working closely with parents/ carers to help the student achieve. I also have an enhanced DBS certificate. I am highly organised, rigorous and do everything to the best of my ability.
I can also offer Science, Biology, French and Italian all levels.
