“Hello! My name is Prashik Damodar, and I am an athlete specializing in 100m and 200m sprinting. Sports and fitness have been a very important part of my life, and through years of training I’ve learned how the right technique, discipline, and diet can completely transform performance. I want to share my knowledge because I believe fitness and athletics are not just for professionals—they are for everyone who wants to stay healthy, get stronger, or achieve their sports goals. Teaching gives me the chance to help others improve their speed, strength, and endurance, and also develop the confidence and discipline that sports bring into life. My goal is to guide you step by step, whether you’re a beginner just starting out or an athlete preparing for competition. I’m excited to share what I’ve learned and help you reach your best.”
