About Wayne
Provided consultation on diagnostic and treatment issues for primary care physicians and other healthcare professionals on ADHD (Attention Deficit and Hyperactivity Disorder).
Conducted comprehensive assessments, medication consultations, and individual and family therapy in dealing with mental health and addiction problems
Promote awareness and provide direction to resources for children and youth who have problems with mental health, substance use and/or other addictions. Develop and implement day treatment and school programs and provide recovery and education to people who have addiction problems and disruptive behaviour disorders with or without a concurrent mental health concern.
Create and implement parenting programs to offer information, education, and support regarding ADHD as well as prevention services, including group programs in the community, as well as information and education sessions.

I have a unique and relaxed style of coaching and tutoring adolescents and adults with ADHD. Having ADHD includes experiencing distress and dysfunction because of the characteristics like:
difficulty regulating and prioritizing attention, distractibility, poor focus, misinterpreting instructions, difficulty paying attention to details and completing work without being reminded, poor organizational skills and procrastination. I can help with managing these.
