About Emily

Hello! I'm Emily, an experienced Early Years teacher with a passion for laying strong foundations in reading and writing. I began my teaching journey in Australia, where I completed my qualifications and gained valuable experience in early childhood education. After moving to England, I taught in a range of schools across London before settling in Yorkshire. I specialise in Reception and have a particular love for teaching phonics and supporting young learners as they take their first steps into reading and writing. With a nurturing approach and a deep understanding of early literacy development, I’m committed to helping every child grow in confidence and achieve their full potential.
