About Anissa
I am Australian and a student of a Bachelor of Education. I am extremely passionate about teaching english as a second language With english as my native language, I am very familiar with the spoken and written expressions of many anglophone countries and thus will not limit you to the one style. I have also worked in various industries before beginning my degree, such as banking, hospitality, retail and as an au pair and thus can support you to learn the vocabulary specific to these areas.

My teaching method is based on your skills and needs. I take half an hour to discover your level at first and then I build a schedule for you to achieve your goals. I prefer to use film, music and literature. In my opinion, a second language should be well supported by your mother tongue so we will create useful links between the two. We will discuss a lot and we will us debating to uncover vocabulary within new topics.
