About Anders
I am a motivated ESL tutor with 12 years of experience teaching high school and college students. I am passionate about helping students reach their full potential in English. I have worked with around 150 to 200 students, which has helped me understand different learning styles.
I focus on clear explanations and practical learning so students can use English confidently. A key milestone in my career has been helping students move from basic understanding to fluent communication. Many of my students have improved their confidence and academic results.
My teaching style is friendly, supportive, and interactive. I encourage regular practice and active participation. I am committed to helping every student succeed.

My ESL teaching methodology is built on practical learning, real-life application, and continuous engagement. I use real-life examples and case studies to help students connect lessons to real-world communication, whether in casual conversations, professional environments, or academic tasks.
I focus on motivation by creating a supportive and positive learning environment where students feel confident to practise and make progress. Problem-solving activities, such as role-plays, discussions, and scenario exercises, help students develop fluency and critical thinking skills. I teach with integrity by giving honest, clear feedback and guiding students step by step.
Flexibility is key in my teaching, as I tailor lessons to each student’s level, pace, and goals. In addition to ESL, I teach grammar, vocabulary, pronunciation, and writing to ensure comprehensive language development.
